Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the client success strategy to equip clients with tools, resources, and guidance for strong program engagement.

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

  • Oversee onboarding and engagement processes for new clients.

  • Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to recommend tailored solutions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing client insights and market trends.

  • Mentor and support peers by sharing expertise during scheduled training calls.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in client success, account management, or relationship-focused leadership roles.

  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and deliver measurable results in a performance-based role.

  • Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills.

  • Experience managing client lifecycle processes and retention strategies.

  • Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, a nd analytics platforms.

  • Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
