Job Description

Opportunity Highlights High-Volume, Procedure-Driven Practice: Work in a state-of-the-art 14,000 sq. ft facility designed specifically for interventional pain management, complete with an attached surgery center and two ORs. Focused Scope: Perform advanced procedural interventions without maintenance-only pain management duties. You'll be supported by three Advanced Practice Providers and a full administrative team. Compensation & Growth Competitive Package: $650,000 salary with productivity incentives. Leadership Investment: Join as partner/owner in as little as six months . Added Incentives: $100K education loan repayment, plus generous signing bonus, relocation support, and full benefits. Ideal Candidate Profile Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution. Training: Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management; Board Certified or Board Eligible. Licensure: Eligible for or able to obtain a North Dakota medical license before start date.
