- Manage product timelines end-to-end, from procurement to customer delivery.

- Partner with the enology and production teams to align on quality standards and packaging needs.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements, assisting with reporting and tracking.

- Optimize warehouse layout, organization, and workflows to reduce waste and improve productivity.

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure timely procurement of raw goods and materials.

- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues.

- Generate reports on inventory, scheduling, and compliance for leadership.

- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain and warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory control, or warehouse operations (food & beverage industry preferred).

- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, logistics, and procurement processes.

- Familiarity with compliance requirements in the beverage/alcohol industry a plus.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and scaling environment.

- Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems, inventory management software, and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Why Join TUBES USA Inc.?

- Be part of a global, innovative company transforming the way wine is consumed and distributed.

- Work with a passionate team committed to quality, sustainability, and customer success.

- Opportunities for career growth as we expand across North America.

- Competitive salary and benefits package.
