Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Purchasing Assistant to work on-site with our client, a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of a precision control components company. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong interest in Supply Chain and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the purchasing of materials, equipment, supplies, and services aligned with Moog's strategic objectives.
• Maintain workflows and established work processes tailored to the needs of the department.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and effective office and administrative support for purchasing activities.
• Serve as a dependable backup for other team members as needed.
• Prepare and manage documentation including spreadsheets, reports, and presentations; complete specialized templates and forms.
• Compose basic correspondence and incorporate standardized content into preformatted documents.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Graduate from a 2- or 4-year degree program (within the past 12 months).
• Familiarity with SAP and the ability to navigate and speak to T-codes.
• Strong organizational and office administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using various office and IT equipment/software.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn evolving office technologies.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
