Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. No prior experience is required—paid training is provided. You'll be trained and licensed to deliver pest, rodent, termite, and wildlife control services to homes and businesses. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities for advancement and certification.
Key Responsibilities
• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity
• Identify pest types and assess infestation severity
• Develop and execute treatment plans using approved methods
• Educate customers on prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Safely operate equipment and company vehicle
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of equipment and materials
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 18 feet
• Capable of bending, kneeling, and crawling in tight spaces
• Tolerance for working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
• Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to handle tools and apply treatments precisely
Training & Certification
• Paid training provided

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package Includes:
• Hourly pay: $19.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)
