Do you get a thrill from fixing things before anyone even asks? Does the phrase “Excel formula” make you smile instead of sweat? If so, we might have the perfect gig for you.

We're looking for a  tech-savvy, proactive, nothing-phases-you personal assistant to support a CEO who's juggling 10,000 things at once — and needs someone who can keep the small stuff from slowing her down.

This isn't a cushy WFH gig. You'll be working  in her home office in Naples on  Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am–2pm . It's part-time, in-person, and ideal for someone who's a natural problem-solver, self-starter, and generally allergic to drama.

Your world might include:

• Making her printer behave (and other minor tech miracles)
• Troubleshooting Dropbox, Excel, or email issues without needing a YouTube tutorial
• Handling Amazon returns, dry cleaning pickups, grocery runs, or getting a quote for the pool cleaning service
• Keeping reports current and visible
• Gently keeping her organized without hovering or chatting her ear off
• Occasionally… cleaning up after a dog (we're just being honest)

You'll thrive if you:

• Are  fluent in Excel (not just the “I can make a table” level)
• Are naturally  techy — like a Millennial or former Ipad baby
• Take ownership of your tasks and don't need constant direction
• Are happy to help with  whatever needs doing, big or small
• Understand professional boundaries and thrive working around a high-energy, high-output leader

You won't last long if you:

• Need to be micromanaged or reminded twice
• Expect gas money for errands
• Try to negotiate WFH days
• Overstate your tech skills — we'll know within five minutes

She's sharp, fast-paced, and genuinely wonderful to work with — but she doesn't have time to hold your hand. If you can handle that and take pride in making someone else's life run smoothly, this might be the most satisfying few hours of your week.

Must have reliable means of transportation
