Join Notary Signing Agent Services as a Mobile Notary Loan Signing Agent and notarize mortgage loan documents, refinance packages, and home purchase agreements. This is a flexible 1099 independent contractor role, allowing you to set your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
✔ Travel to clients' locations to witness and notarize signatures.
✔ Verify the identity of document signers.
✔ Ensure all loan documents are properly signed, dated, and notarized.
✔ Return signed documents to escrow, title, or mortgage companies.
✔ Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with state notary laws.
Requirements:
✔ Certified Notary Public in your state.
✔ Loan Signing Agent certification (or willingness to obtain).
✔ Reliable transportation, smartphone, and dual-tray laser printer.
✔ Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Compensation: $75 - $200 per signing.
