Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and systems management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers to develop and implement technical solutions for mechanical devices and systems
  • Install, calibrate, repair, and upgrade mechanical components and systems throughout the manufacturing process
  • Design, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components for various machinery and equipment
  • Perform quality assurance and control testing procedures to ensure optimal system performance
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Work Environment

  • Work is performed under close supervision
  • Training and mentorship provided to support professional development
  • Focus on foundational problem-solving and mechanical maintenance tasks
  • Clean, safe manufacturing environment

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance or related field
  • Technical education or equivalent training in mechanical systems
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical principles
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good communication skills for explaining technical information clearly
  • Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
  • Manual dexterity for working with tools and mechanical components
  • Standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility during shifts
