Lead Project Cleaner – Full-Time, Permanent (Non-Union)
Pay Rate: $22.00 - Up/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-time, must have open availability (24/7 flexibility)
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Supervisor Cleaner to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. This is a non-union role, and we are looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience of project work
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry
- Hands-on expertise with professional cleaning equipment, including:
- Floor scrubbers (ride-on and walk-behind)
- Carpet extractors
- Pressure washers
- Side-by-side scrubbers
- Proficient in a range of specialized cleaning services:
- Floor stripping and waxing
- Carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Wood floor care
- Power washing
- Window cleaning
- Scrubbing of concrete and ceramic floors
- Post-construction clean-up
- Strong knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals:
- Proper usage and safety protocols
- Effective application for different surfaces and environments
- Ability to train, guide, and lead a team effectively
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Must have open availability, including weekends and overnights
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to pass a background check and MVR report
- English fluency is required; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
