Job Description

1. Handle various types of foreign-related litigation, provide professional legal advice, accurately assess legal risks in projects, and formulate practical risk prevention strategies. This includes, but is not limited to, international trade disputes, cross-border investment disputes, etc.
2. Conduct legal research, perform legal studies, and draft legal documents related to legal affairs. 3.Review and draft various types of foreign-related contracts, such as international sales contracts, Sino-foreign joint venture cooperation agreements, etc., ensuring that the contract terms comply with international regulations and transactional practices, and guaranteeing the effectiveness and security of contract execution.
