Overview
Our client is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their growing PC department in Quitman, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising APCs and be comfortable working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise APCs
- Work in a dyad structure with physician lead and admin
- Ensure physician's voice is heard
- Maintain a retention rate of 95%
Schedule and Shift Details
- M-F 8:00am-5:00pm, 4.5 day work week, on-call only if specified
