Story Behind the Need Business Group & Key Projects:

Justification for Request:

  • This role will:

    • Build and automate the Vehicle Risk Score so we systematically select the right VINs for Remarketing vs. Hibernation vs. Operate,

    • Stand up an automated Repair Shop Scorecard (cost, quality, cycle-time) to manage network performance

    • Build models to optimize ATA-level price-ceiling deep dive to reset thresholds and close leakages

    • Implement regional pricing controls.

  • These deliverables reduce surprise bills, accelerate approvals, improve vendor compliance, and cut rental exposure-unlocking material, repeatable cost avoidance.

  • Work that will not get completed without this resource(s)

  • Vehicle Risk Score (VRI) productionization Build the scoring pipeline (peer-normalization, failure severity, warranty checks) and publish weekly Operate/Hibernate/Remarket lists. Without this, VRI remains ad-hoc in spreadsheets; Red List/hibernation selections stay manual and slow.

  • Repair Shop Scorecard automation Ingest and join FMC/RG/LMP data, calculate cost/quality/cycle-time metrics, and publish vendor scorecards with probation/off-boarding signals.

  • Without it, QCC governance remains anecdotal and we can't drive network-wide performance.

  • ATA-level price-ceiling deep dive & re-baselining Analyze component-level outliers by platform (EDV/SV/CV), set new ceilings, document change-log, and hand off to FCAS for pre-auth enforcement. Without this, outdated ceilings persist and leakages continue.

  • Regional pricing controls for Service-Up & MCS Stand up regional indices, configure rules, and monitor compliance/variance. Without it, we continue paying national averages where market rates are lower, and can't see non-compliance in time.

  • Tell me more about what your business group does. - last mile fleet space (package delivery) end to end lifecycle of vans.

  • Network of repair shops across 100,000 vehicles.

  • Building models to identify vehicle risk and determine next steps for the vehicle (sell, repair etc).

  • Performance manage shops and networks. Identifying fraud and defects, to ensure Client is paying for only what is needed.
