COMMERCIAL PAINT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Operations Manager to join their growing team!

OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
* Interview and hire staff
* Track and schedule upcoming projects
* Schedule field staff
* Coordinate pre-job meetings
* Order materials/equipment as needed
* Follow up on project progress and track employee hours
* Ensure and implement Safety initiatives on the job site
* Create budgets and schedules
OPERATIONS MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years Management experience in Commercial Paint, ideally will have both Project Management and Estimating experience
* Highly skilled in team development, building a positive company culture
* Keen business acumen, identify and pursue lucrative business ventures
* Adaptable, coachable, problem-solving individual with excellent follow-up capabilities
OPERATIONS MANAGER COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
* Industry-leading compensation and bonus plans ($120K-$150K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
