Job Summary
Business Systems Analyst - Intermediate
Payroll Support | Novant Health
Manage and resolved ServiceNow tickets related to payroll inquiries and system issues, ensuring timely support and resolution.
Process and maintain garnishments and employee payroll deductions accurately within the Infor HR/Payroll System.
Handle employment and payroll verification requests, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
Execute regular payroll uploads into the Infor system, verifying data integrity and reconciling errors before final processing.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll processes align with business and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
Experience:
Minimum one year experience in related field, required.
Computer Maintenance Mgmt System (CMMS) experience, preferred.
Additional Skills Required: Competent to work on fairly complex systems analysis assignments and multiple phases of a project. Possess general understanding of the function for which the software is designed. Ability to work under deadlines and heavy workloads. Knowledge of the hardware and/or software is extremely valuable though not necessarily required. Ability to work with all levels of healthcare personnel from top management to entry level clerks throughout the organization. Ability to take action on a suggested approach within guidelines of standards and procedures.
