Time Management & Multi-Tasking
Focus on gathering data and support daily reporting from retailers
Aggragate data
More business experience vs technical exp (this is not a real technical role) working with mainly sales team and business internal stakeholders
Any industry experience is fine
Titles may include - sales operations analyst, business analytics, business systems analyst
Most of the time in Excel would be with pulling data out of systems - helping automate reporting
Required qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Excel.
Has worked in Datacubes is a bonus
BI reporting
Plan, organize and prioritize multiple assignments and projects. Adapt willingly and quickly to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Highly motivated, work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames
Prior experience utilizing different reporting systems such as SAP & BI
Bachelor's degree is required for this position
1-2+ years of work experience preferred
Authorized to work in the U.S
KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:
The Business Analytics Specialist DA position will support the analytics & sales teams, primarily with data upload automation, datacube report maintenance & ad hoc requests.
Key activities and responsibilities include:
Sell through data automation of upload into BI environment
Creation and maintenance of multiple reports using the BI & DA Datacube
Ad Hoc Reporting provide analytical support, data gathering, and management of multiple internal and external projects within a timely manner
Sell Through Support:
Point person on uploading weekly sell through data into mFAS & BI
Ability to look at current process and automate to reduce time of task
Streamline entire intake process of regional sell-thru from sales teams
Report Management:
Manage our currently daily/weekly and monthly reports leveraging data from BI and the DA Datacube environment
Needs to know how manipulate raw data and create pivot tables within excel
Can quickly learn the nuances of the data we leverage and be self-sufficient in task management
Ad Hoc Reporting:
Manage multiple projects both individual and team projects and complete them within the stated timeframe
Ability to manage projects and work within cross functional teams
Timely delivery of analysis
