What You’ll Do
  • Lead the finance process from start to finish, guiding customers through financing options with clarity and confidence.
  • Maximize opportunities by promoting service contracts, protection plans, and add-on products that deliver real value.
  • Secure the best deals by negotiating financing terms with top lending institutions.
  • Ensure compliance & accuracy with all contracts and documentation.
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver smooth, customer-focused transactions that drive dealership success.
  • Assess credit thoroughly to provide the right solutions while protecting the dealership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience as an Automotive Finance Manager with a history of exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and lease documentation, lending practices, and credit analysis.
  • High-level negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with finance software and systems in a high-energy dealership setting.
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings.
  • Certified Notary Public.
